Discover why it’s easy to fall in love with this charming capital as you wonder around Ljubljana’s cobblestoned streets and enjoy its impressive baroque architecture. Weather permitting, we’ll have the opportunity to experience a variety of freshly cooked food prepared by Slovenian chefs in the Open Kitchen under magical Ljubljana castle.

Following this, we’ll head back to the accommodation where you can continue to bond over a few beers with your crew at the hostel bar or call it a night.

Day 2: Castles, Caves, Countryside & Cab Sav

Today might feel like we’re on a Game of Thrones set as we visit a castle, cave and sample wines from a winery in the countryside. After breakfast we’ll visit one of Europe's most dramatic and unique castles - Predjama castle where we’ll discover the story and history behind it. There will be an optional entry (€21) to the castle for anyone wanting to explore inside.

Following the castle, we’ll head to UNESCO Škocjan cave for a guided tour inside where you’ll be in awe by the jaw-dropping natural beauty and sheer size of this cave.

A day out in the countryside wouldn’t be completed without wine tasting so we’re off to Vipava Valley - a region known for its scenic dotted towns, hospitality and most importantly, its quality wines. We’ll get to enjoy a few cheeky wines alongside a charcuterie board at a local winery. After wine tasting, we’ll have a group dinner back in Ljubljana.

Day 3: Bleddy Unreal

You may think you're still dreaming this morning when you lay your eyes on Lake Bled. We’ll take a short hike up to a viewpoint that perfectly captures this fairy-tale lake with the church on the island, the mountainous backdrop and the imposing castle perched on top of a cliff face all in the one shot! After you've stopped pinching yourself, it’s time to embrace the lake with a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) session. Once we’ve conquered the water, you’ll have free time to explore the beauty around the lake at your own pace - your cheeky guide will happily provide recommendations.

Later in the afternoon, we’ll visit the stunning Vintgar Gorge and take an easy walk through this picturesque natural gorge.

Day 4: Choose Your Own Bled Adventure & Lake Bohinj

With Lake Bled being home to both fun and adrenalin pumping activities, today is your free day to discover and explore this adventure playground.
