Yes, you can secure your spot on a tour with a £100 deposit on the payment page. Outstanding payment due no less than 45 days before start of tour.

You are able to change your tour date up to 45 days before your tour is starting free of charge (subject to availability). Please contact us at hello@cheekypineappletravel.com for any tour changes.

The start time for our summer tours is 5:45pm on Day 1.

Weekend Escape Slovenia tour: finishes approximately 6:30pm and takes around 1 hour to reach the airport from our final stop. If flying out of Ljubljana on this day, we highly recommend booking at flight that departs no earlier than 8:30pm.

Wild Slovenia tour: finishes in Ljubljana after breakfast (around 9am) on Day 6 with an optional airport drop-off to Ljubljana Airport.

Weekend Escape Slovenia tour: 2 nights twin share accommodation in Ljubljana; breakfast included.

Absolutely! No one wants to be on a tour that doesn’t give you free time. Our itineraries were designed to allow ‘me-time’ so you can also explore at your own pace or chill out by a lake or cafe - your call!

Breakfast will be provided each morning. We offer optional group dinners at authentic tucked away places that offer amazing food, cater for dietary requirements and are good value. Of course, you are welcome to organise your own dinners if you’d prefer.

Please let us know at the time of making a booking if you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements and we’ll do our best to cater for you.

It’s more than ok. In fact, around 70% of our passengers are solo travellers but you wouldn’t know it by the end of the trip! :)

Flights are not included in the price but we are happy to assist with suggested flights if needed.

We offer a free airport pick up for any flights that land into Ljubljana Airport (LJU) between 4pm-5pm.

From London: EasyJet flight EZY8841 (London Gatwick Dep. 13:20 -> Ljubljana Arr. 16:35)

There are shuttle buses that depart frequently from the airport and can take you directly to the accommodation where you can check yourself into the accommodation or store your luggage if arriving before check in. The price is around ~€13.

Let us know if you’re arriving late and we’ll organise a meeting point so you can join the group. Please note, we don’t provide refunds for any days or activities that you miss.

Our activities are run by certified guides/instructors who will teach you the basics to keep you safe, comfortable and ensure you’re having heaps of fun!

Water in Slovenia is drinkable! We encourage you to bring a water bottle as there are ample places to fill up.

With most of our activities and admissions included, €40 per day should be plenty to cover for food & drink. Most places will accept card payment.
